Order processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 90 working days from the date we receive full payment for your order.

Packaging and handling
Our products include body parts and components that can be fragile. All shipments are packed using materials and methods specifically designed for the safe transport of automotive body parts and other potentially fragile components. We take every reasonable measure to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping costs – Italy
For deliveries within Italy, shipping costs range from €130 to €150, depending on the size, weight and volume of the parcel.
The exact amount will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping costs – international
For deliveries outside Italy, shipping costs start from €150. Final costs depend on the destination country and parcel dimensions, and will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery times
Transit times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier. Any delivery times indicated during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, local carriers or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Paris’5 Garage.

Damaged parcels on delivery
If a parcel appears visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend that you:

Under EU rules, the trader is responsible for any damage to the goods from dispatch until delivery; if your order arrives damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, in line with applicable consumer law.
If you purchase as a consumer within the European Union, you benefit from the 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (online purchases). This means you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

For goods: the 14‑day period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.

If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact Paris’5 Garage using the contact methods indicated on our website (e.g. contact form, email address or phone number shown on the “Contact” page).

Return of goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for packing the goods securely. We recommend using the original packaging where possible or an equivalent protective packaging suitable for fragile automotive parts.

Condition of returned goods
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical shop.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary or from improper installation, use or damage not due to transport.

Costs of return shipping
Unless otherwise stated or agreed, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising your 14‑day withdrawal right.
We may, at our discretion, offer assistance in organising the return shipment; in such cases, the corresponding costs will be communicated to you in advance and deducted from the refund or paid separately, as agreed.

Refunds following withdrawal
Once we have received the returned goods, or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, we will refund:

The amount paid for the goods; and

The standard initial shipping costs (if applicable), but not any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Faulty or Non‑Conforming Goods (Legal Guarantee)

In addition to the contractual withdrawal policy above, EU consumers benefit from a minimum 2‑year legal guarantee on goods purchased within the EU.
If the product is defective, damaged (not due to transport damage visible on delivery) or does not conform to the contract (e.g. not as described), you may be entitled, under applicable law, to:

Replacement of the product, or

An appropriate price reduction, or

Termination of the contract with refund, where repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate.
